Therapists assign exercises and receive clear summaries of patient progress, making it easier to personalise treatment and track outcomes. This project will adapt Affiniti AI for use within NHS mental health services, aiming to improve therapy engagement, reduce symptoms, and extend support beyond traditional sessions—ultimately helping services deliver more effective, scalable care without increasing clinical workload.
