Digital Care Systems is combining knowledge based and conversational AI to create a reliable virtual assistant. The technology will be accessible via multiple channels on the CarePath-ASSIST platform. It will use AI to enhance the synthesis information between mother and her point of contact with the healthcare system. This will ensure a woman's story and symptoms are more reliably incorporated into clinical decisions about treatment. The platform will proactively engage mothers from underserved backgrounds to enhance access to assessment in those at particularly high risk of PTSD after birth trauma.

Digital Care Systems is using knowledge-based and conversational AI to support mothers in getting access to the right care by empowering them to get the right assessment at the right time. The tool will ensure all mothers have access to treatment and enable them to raise concerns when care is not meeting their needs. |
