MeeToo is a multi-award winning early intervention mental health service. It has been recognised globally as one of the most important innovations in both education and mental health. MeeToo delivers fully moderated, evidence-based, anonymous, peer support to young people aged 11-25 via an app. The app is age banded and includes an extensive directory of third party support services and educational resources. Since launching in 2017 MeeToo has supported 60,000+ young people in the UK.
An independent evaluation in 2021 by the Evidence Based Practice Unit at The Anna Freud Centre for Families and Children found statistically significant evidence that MeeToo improves the mental health of young people (Edbrooke-Childs, 2022, pre-print).

Tellmi is a scalable and easily accessible digital mental health solution (IOS/Android/Web) that offers anonymous, pre-moderated and age-banded early help. It provides a peer support platform that can be filtered by topic, preemptive counsellor interventions for high-risk users, text-based Tellmi Therapy using a solution-focused approach for those needing more help, and a Directory of over 700 resources and services. The new Tellmi Employability Programme, co-created with DWP Job Coaches and Jobcentre clients, is a needs-matched personalised digital solution to support people with poor mental health overcome their challenges and gain employment. |
