A lightweight, compact, portable incubator designed to extend neonatal and newborn care to new settings across hospitals. mOm Incubators are also exploring the extension of care to outside the hospital setting, keeping families together by bringing care into the home. The incubator has been design-led by clinicians ensuring ease of use (single button operation), an ability to cope with diverse environments and needs (it has a minimum 1 hour back up battery), and durability. The mOm Essential Incubator has started its journey to deliver better newborn care for all and is in use in the NHS, Ukraine, and Kenya.
