Sapien is a mobile app-based behavioural intervention for patients undergoing elective
surgery. The programme combines personalised educational programmes with remote health coaching to support patients in optimising their modifiable risk factors for surgery and supporting recovery during the postoperative phase.
We help patients get in the best possible shape for their operation by working on all areas of health and wellness. This includes exercise, healthy eating, sleep, mental wellbeing and more.
