We are developing a digital service that will support health service users navigate existing care pathways. The interactive digital service will be accessible and employ conventional techniques to allow service users to engage with a care pathway based on their own individual experiences. The accessibility focus is primarily to support a multi-lingual user base and thus include underserved groups. The analysis and encoding of care pathways will allow the solution to gather the minimum essential information from a user, and then direct them the most relevant health service activity and have clear expectations of what to expect.
