The combinatorial approach of using education, physical activity, technology, gamification and rewards will be used to support people to reduce their risk of developing CVD. This 10 week programme delivers evidenced based learning sessions, weekly quizzes, personalised videos powered by user achievements, peer support and connections to attendees local community offerings, all with the aim of improving the health and wellbeing of our population. The CVD Prevention Decathlon is an enhanced version of the successful Diabetes Prevention Decathlon .
