Adjustments by Open-OH is a digital tool that supports workplace mental health for people with long-term conditions such as Fibromyalgia, Long Covid, ME/CFS, and POTS. It helps users initiate, evaluate, and refine workplace adjustments with employers, reducing barriers and promoting well-being. Building on previous Open-OH research, this project enhances the platform with co-designed, evidence-based interventions to address mental stressors such as anxiety, brain fog, and stigma. Users can track health data, access self-management resources, and find specialist support. Through real-world testing and evaluation, the project aims to improve workplace inclusivity, minimise symptom exacerbation, and support sustainable employment. |
