Description |
Abtrace integrates with the main GP IT systems (EMIS and SystmOne) to extract, process and deliver recommendations to users at the point of care. Previously time-consuming and manual tasks such as data searches, calculating patient needs from complex targets, filling forms and messaging each patient is now automated through our NHS Digital approved, UKCA marked, fully integrated cutting-edge Clinical Intelligent Automation software. The 12-month project will deliver the current digital health platform at a further 31 practices across 3 PCNs, taking coverage to a population of more than 250,000 across the UK including a population-level economic evaluation and clinical impact analysis. |

Description |
Children with asthma often have flare-ups that require hospitalisation. This project will use Hailie® digital inhalers that alert the child and display usage on the family’s smartphone. Via the web, the medical team can monitor and support families and their child’s medication; with the aim to reduce these asthma attacks. |
