Description |
Message Dynamics is a leading provider of patient messaging services which are successfully used by the NHS to improve patient medication compliance and reduce unnecessary hospital admissions, as well as by pharmacies to alert a patient when a repeat prescription is due and when the medicine is ready for collection. Its new service, the Automated Medicines Adherence Triage will support patients with prescriptions for a new medicine by asking a number of questions via a smartphone to assess the level of support required which can then be provided by the pharmacist. |
